The Fountainhead Lampshade is part of the Fractured Melodies Series by Melodie Yvonne.

The Fountainhead Lampshade is one-of-a-kind, and is made from vintage slides taken of many buildings and structure scenes all across the cities, small towns, and forests presumably in the Hoosier State. All vintage slides were photographed by an anonymous donor and woven together by Melodie Yvonne. Lamp base is free with purchase of lampshade.

This rare artwork’s total size is approximately 29 inches tall x 8 inches wide x 6 inches deep at it’s extremes. Lampshade alone is approximately 10.5 inches tall x 8 inches wide x 5 inches deep.
