COLUMBUS, IN (July 15, 2023) – Dale Moore’s Corner Store owned by Roger, Heather, and Christian Moore is the latest local diner sensation nestled right in the heart of Hoosier country. The restaurant is a brilliant spot for anyone seeking classic diner vibes with down home cooking while the epic daily specials like apple stuffed bacon wrapped tenderloin help them ride that sophisticated fine dining line. In fact, the outstanding food combined with the friendly family-oriented service can sometimes have customers lined up to the street during peak hours. However, the wait is never long, and no one ever leaves unsatisfied.
I was very excited to get a private tour of the newly remodeled dining room prior to opening, and then stayed for the lunch rush to see if all the fuss was still worth the 40-minute drive. The tenderloin and fries were divine as per usual, and as much as I wanted to try everything on the new menu the large portion filled me up very quickly. I might live in Indianapolis, but the quick trip down 65 is absolutely worth that freshly made goodness that can only be found at places filled with heart like the epic Dale Moore’s Corner Store. 100% will return again and again and again!
