Melodie’s Dairy Free Dinner Rolls
(insert big long heartfelt story about how recipe was discovered here)
1 3/4 C water (warm, not hot)
1 pkg yeast
2 tbls sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbls oil
5 C flour
Disolve yeast & sugar in water. Blend in oil & salt. Add flour until dough is stiff, and then turn out onto kneading surface. Knead with flour until smooth & no longer sticky. put in large greased bowl & turn to also grease dough. Cover until doubled. Punch down. Make either 2 loaves or 12 rolls & put in greasd pan. Cover until doubled. Bake at 375 30-35 min for loaves or 20-25 min for rolls. Internal bread temp should be at least 190 if you don’t wanna poop a lot. Eat.
