LAFAYETTE, IN (March 12, 2021) – It was a beautiful night at Carnahan Hall in Lafayette, Indiana for an intimate reading of Melodie’s newly published book I Do Heroin On The Train Line So You Don’t Have To: A Hitchhiker’s Guide To My Galaxie, a collection about surviving Indiana and beyond. There was a live gallery with art work for sale as well as booths from amazing sponsors and Carnahan Hall’s phenomenal liquid catering. NAMI West Central Indiana & The Hope Harbor opened the evening with wonderful speeches and information about their services, and the reading was followed by a Q & A with the author all hosted by the very talented Dawn Hively, a local artist & musician, yogi, empowerment & self development coach, and skilled entrepreneur.
