Free Pickup is available on all lamp sizes. Delivery costs extra, and is available to most locations. Shipping costs extra, and is only available on small size lamps to limited locations. Made-to-Order slide lampshades must be paid in full at time of order. Made-to-Order lamps will only be held for 90 days from notification of completion unless other arrangments are made. There are absolutley no refunds or exchanges on made-to-order lamps.
Lampshades are one-of-a-kind creations that will not be duplicated. Lampshade alone is the actual made-to-order one-of-a-kind artwork being sold, and lamp base is free with purchase of lampshade. Actual creation will vary from product image on made to order creations as no 2 are alike. Some creation frames, lamp bases, and other parts are vintage, and may have dings or age wear. There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on made-to-order items, sale items, vintage items, or items with damaged frames or damaged lamp bases. There are no refunds or exchanges on items that are not picked up by the 90 day maximum hold date if the item has been left due to customer negligence.
