INDIANAPOLIS, IN (February 15, 2025) – I recently ran across a new super group of musicians with an upcoming album release that I’m more excited for than a hog in a holler is excited for his evening meal. That upcoming album marks the debut from The Oracle of LoFi, and if they’re to be judged by their track teases we are all definitely in for a titillating treat. The currently released music videos for their album samples on the band’s YouTube include the selections “Do the Stab“, “A Politician“, “Helltube“, and “Kill Kill” which are all stellar songs that hold their own against legends like The Pixies, The Cramps, and even Johnny Cash.
I was blessed to preview the rest of the collection after falling in love with the teasers, and the band’s eclectic combination of genres and artistic gifts makes for an album experience like no other. The Oracle of LoFi is the breath of fresh ether this world desperately needs in a painful sea full of today’s musical monotony. Their upcoming album completion celebration at Postal Recording on Horror Night is shaping up to be the VIP event of the year followed by a tour that’s sure to be one for the books. I definitely plan to grab my spot for that live Horror Night Celebration show early, and I can’t wait to see where the already epic Oracle of LoFi is headed out on tour.
